Renovations / Remodeling 

DPR Builders will work with Architects and Designers to ensure your renovation / remodel is completed as if it has always been part of the home and not a remodel. This is necessary for the appearance and resale value of your home. Expertise and the right resources are very important. 

DPR Builders offers consulting services to include plan review, construction management, on-site inspections, job cost, subcontractor review, draw request, quality, overall budget, and schedules. 

Owners Representation Service 

This service is for an on-going construction project that is getting off track, or a desire to build in a location not appropriate for DPR Builders. This service provides clients with the peace of mind that their project will be completed successfully on-time and in budget, without DPR Builders being the Contractor for the project.
